This concept is ideal for a company desiring to initiate its own Manufacturing / Assembly operation in Mexico without the inconvenience of several months delay in acquiring premises, licenses and workers. Under this 'umbrella', you the customer assigns an on site manager from your own company or one recruited by Aisling (subject to your approval). The production manager will have one focus only - production. All other functions are taken care of by Aisling management. Your only cost is a pre-established hourly fee per worker.
